- Another fraction of the test sample resulted in lower octanol solubility of 200 g/L. This lower result was considered to be due to lack of the test substance.

- Under the study conditions, the octanol solubility of the test substance was determined to be 290 g/L at 23°C (Farnback, 2012).

A study was conducted to determine the n-octanol solubility of the test substance, C16 TMAC (Purity: 95.6%) in a combined screening test using the slow stirring method and LCMS analysis, according to a method similar to OECD Guideline 105. Under the study conditions, the octanol solubility of the test substance was determined to be 290 g/L at 23°C (Farnback, 2012).
