Description of key information
The test item is 99.82% purity and stable under the study conditions.
A simple preliminary test is carried out, and the approximate solubility in actone and methanol are 100-50g/L and 1000-200g/L respectively.
Based on the preliminary test, three saturated samples in each organic solvent are prepared, tightly stoppered and agitated at30℃.After one day, one of the samples was equilibrated for 24hours at20℃with occasional shaking, the centrifuged and the concentration was analyzed by liquid chromarography after filtering the solution with 0.45µm filters. The other two samples were treated similarly after initial equilibration at30℃for 2 and 3 days respectively.
The reference substance(purity:99.9% ) was employed to make the calculation curve.

The solubility of Itaconic Acid at 20±℃is 69.47 g/L in acetone with the deviation of 1.1%,and 204.95g/L in methanol with the deviation of 1.9%.
