Description of key information

Experimental value of relative density at 20°C on the key study: 1.09
Experimental value of relative density at 24°C on the supporting study: 1.00 ± 0.2

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Relative density at 20C:
1.09

Additional information

The two studies were performed under Method 109 of the OECD for Testing of Chemicals, 27 July 1995.

But, the supporting study was performed at 24°C instead of 20°C as specified in OECD Guideline 109. Furthermore, the test item was melted and re-solidified for the determination of the true density with the pyconometer.

The accuracy of the relative density of the key study is more specific in the key study than in the supporting study. Moreover, the accuracy of the relative density of the supporting study included the result of the key study.
