Description of key information

Because Sodium ferrocyanide does not contain any chemically instable or highly energetic groups associated with explosive properties, it was concluded in a GLP expert statement that the UN acceptance procedure for Class 1 explosives or the EC A.14 explosivity test does not need to be applied. Testing does not appear scientifically necessary. Sodium ferrocyanide has no explosive properties.
