Conclusions:
The surface tension of a test solution at 90% of the test substance saturation solubility in water and at 20ºC was 69.6mN/m. According to this, the test substance is considered not be surface active.
Executive summary:

The OCED harmonized ring method was used in a guideline study for the determination of the surface tension of the substance. The surface tension of a test solution at 90% of the test substance saturation solubility in water and at 20ºC was 69.6 mN/m. According to this, the test substance is considered not be surface active.
