Viscosity is a property of liquids, and has to be tested to give an indication of a possibility for aspiration hazard and soil permeation. The substance is a paste, a very special kind of liquid, that can also be define as very viscous liquid. The end point has not therefore been tested since the result will be in a very high value, outside any concern both for aspiration hazard and soil penetration
