PBT assessment: overall result

PBT status:
further information relevant for the PBT assessment is necessary
Justification:

The substance meets the definitive criteria for persistent (P), very persistent (vP) and not toxic (not T). However, there is insufficient evidence available to determine whether the substance is bioaccumulative. Therefore, a test proposal is presented to address the data gap regarding the potential for bioaccumulation, particularly in air-breathing animals. Thus, while it may be determined that the substance is not PBT (definitively P, B uncertain, not T), there are insufficient data to determine whether the substance is vPvB (definitively vP, vB not certain).
