After evaporation or exposure the air, the product will rapidly degrade by indirect photochemical processes.

In the atmosphere, indirect photo-oxidation by reaction with hydroxyl radicals is predicted to occur with a half-life of 9.75 hours assuming a 24 h-day and 500000 OH molecules/cm³.
