Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
In accordance with column 2 of REACH Annex X, the long-term or reproductive toxicity testing to birds (required in section 9.6.1) does not need to be conducted as the substance consists of a mixture of three constituents that are placed on Annex 4 of the REACH Regulation 1907/2006 EU. This means that sufficient information is known about these constituents and they are considered to cause minimum risk because of their intrinsic properties (art. 2.7.a). This also applies to the mixture of the three constituents (dissolved in water) and therefore testing is not needed.
