In accordance with Column 2 of the REACH Regulation Annex VIII, the hydrolysis as a function of pH test does not need to be conducted as this substance was found to be highly insoluble in water. Assessment of hydrolytic stability was not possible using Method C7 Abiotic Degradation Hydrolysis as a function of pH of Commission Regulation (EC) No. 440/2008 of 30 May 2008 and Method 111 of the OECD Guidance for Testing of Chemicals, 13 April 2004, due to the negligible water solubility of the testing item. Furthermore the substance is shown to be inherently and rapidly biodegradable. No additional stability testing is necessary. An estimated value wiht EPIWIN based on the representative SMILE notation is indicated for Risk assessment
