Data of log Pow, NR50 for GFS cells and LC50 for guppy: (log Pow and LC50 values from Koenemann, H. (1981))

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The 24-hr NR50 values (in vitro) for the cytotoxicity of the test compound 2-ethoxyethanol to GFS cells, together with their log Pow and LC50 data (in vivo) for guppy gave good correlations.
