Additional information

To determine long term effects of DMP to invertebrates, a full life-cycle study with Daphnia magna under semi-static conditions was performed. The procedures of the study were conducted according to OECD TG 211 and according to GLP compliance. The result of the study shows an EC10 above 10 mg/L after 21 days and a NOEC >= 10 mg/L (BASF 2022).

This result is supported by a full life-cycle study with Daphnia magna under flow-through conditions. The procedures of the study were conducted according to GLP compliance and were comparable to EPA guideline OTS 797.1330. The result of the study shows a NOEC (21 d) of 9.6 mg/L [Rhodes et al.1995].
