Applicant's summary and conclusion

Validity criteria fulfilled:
yes
Conclusions:
In a 16 hour toxicity study, the cultures of Pseudomonas putida were exposed to the substance at nominal concentrations of 0, 20; 30; 40; 45; 50; 55; 60; 70; 80 mg/l under static conditions in accordance with the DIN 38412, part 8. The EC10 and EC50values based on growth inhibition were 22 and 38 mg/l, respectively.  The % growth inhibition in the treated algal culture as compared to the control ranged from 15 to 99.
