Description of key information

According to Annex VII No. 7.3 Column 2 of Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006  (REACH) the study does not need to be conducted for gases. As the boiling point of chlorodifluoromethane was found -40.8 °C and the critical temperature is 96.18 °C the substance meets the definition of a gas according to Annex I No. 1.0 of Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008 (CLP).
