Description of key information

Several existing human data were collected and used to assess the toxicology of tartaric acid and its salts.

Additional information

According to REACH and CLP regulations, an extensive information searching of existing human data was performed. As result, several data were collected and, based on them, a reliable assessment of the toxicology of the tartaric acid and of its salts was performed.
