Justification for classification or non-classification

According to the results of the acute oral and dermal toxicity tests conducted with sulphuric acid, compound with graphite the oral and dermal LD50 in rats have been determined to be > 2000 mg/kg body weight.

Performance of an acute inhalation study was not possible as the test substance, due to its physico-chemical properties, could not be aerosolized.

Against this background it can be concluded that sulphuric acid, compound with graphite has no classification obligations according to the CLP Regulation.
