Description of key information
The sample did not indicate solubility in the preliminary test. Based on the actual flask test the average solubilities of Na and K were in the g/L l range while the one of Zn was of 0.1 mg/L (Outotec, 2010). However, The solubility of this intermediate cannot accurately be predicted due to the size of the particle (D50 = 3.44 µm). Due to the fine grain size of studied material, the occurrence of fine particles in the solution cannot be excluded. In addition, the solubility of the substance reflects the solubility of the pregnant liquor as the substance is considered insoluble.
