In a lifetime drinking water study using an unbalanced design in F344 rats, acrylamide induced benign thyroid, mammary gland and tunica vaginalis tumours.

Additional information

Acrylamide caused fiboadenomas in the mammary gland and benign tunica vaginalis mesotheliomas. Adenomas of the thyroid were observed in both sexes.
