Additional information

The study by Neiderlehner is based on a standard guideline with acceptable modifications due to volatility of test compound. Measured confirmation of exposure concentrations and results from controls are included. This is therefore suitable for use as the key study for this endpoint, and was used as the key study in the EU RAR for toluene (2003).
