Any other information on results incl. tables

LD50 for rats was 250.54 mg/kg. Compared with the control group, organ
body coefficient of liver in high and middle dose groups showed
significant difference as well as that of lung in female rats in high
dose group. The leucocytes of rats and the proportion of neutrophils
significantly increased in all treated groups. The platelet in female
rats of high dose group increased. The serum creatinine of female rats
increased in high dose group. The pathological examination did not show
any abnormality in all treated groups.
Nano-FeO3-Glu belonged to common drug, which had not led to pathological
changes although it induced certain effect on blood system, liver and kidney function and there is difference in pathological changes between males and females.
