Description of key information

D10 = 5.65 μm; D50 = 17.94 μm; D90 = 53.48 μm.

Additional information

In accordance with Column 2 of REACH Annex VII, a study for granulometry does not need to be conducted if the substance is marketed or used in a non solid or granular form.

From the experimental data obtained in the sieve test, it can be concluded that over 56 % of the sample of sulfur dust presents a particle size lower than 0.045 mm after 45 minutes and over 62 % after 300 minutes. From the experimental data obtained in the laser test, it can be concluded that the 10 % of the sample of Sulfur Dust presents a particle size lower than 0.00565 mm. D10 = 5.65 μm; D50 = 17.94 μm; D90 = 53.48 μm.This study was conducted according to OECD test guideline 110 (ChemService S.r.I. Testing Laboratory, 2005e).
