Executive summary:

The test was performed to determine the acute toxicity of test substance to Zebra fish during 96 hours according to OECD TG 203. 17.8, 32, 56, 100, 178 and 316 mg/L of test substances were applied in the definitive test. No mortality for control was observed at the end of the test. At concentrations of 100 and 178 mg/L (nominal) a slim change in the swimming behaviour of the test fish could be observed. Based on the study results, the LC0, LC50, LC100 of FAT 45155/B were 35, 79 and 192 mg/L, respectively. The NOEC was 35 mg/L.
