Key value for chemical safety assessment

Explosiveness:
non explosive

Additional information

In a GLP compliant study, performed according to EU method A.14, the explosiveness of the test substance was determined (ISS 2004). Experiments were performed six times and results indicate that the substance is not thermally sensitive, shock sensitive, or sensitive to friction. Therefore it could be concluded that the test substance is not explosive.

Justification for classification or non-classification

As the test substance is not explosive, classification is not needed according to the Directive 67/584/EEC and according to the EU Classification, Labelling and Packaging of Substances and Mixtures (CLP) Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008.
