Description of key information

Expert Statement on the Oxidizing Properties.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Oxidising properties:
no

Additional information

Through evaluation of the properties of the different components of the test material and through expert assessment it is considered unlikely that the test material would release oxidizing components during decomposition/combustion and thus it is not expected to react exothermically with other combustible matter.

As an expert statement it can be concluded that the test material is considered incapable of reacting exothermically with a combustible material so that it can be assumed to be inert in terms of oxidizing properties.

Justification for classification or non-classification

Expert Statement based on structural information.
