Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Acute aquatic toxicity studies are avalable for three trophic levels. All effective or lethal concentrations were recalculated for 100 % active incredient.

In Daphnia magna an EC50 > 200 mg/l was determined. For algae (Ps. subcapitata) the EC50 and NOEC was determined to be 165 mg/l and 30 mg/l rsp. based on growth rate. The LC50 detected in fish (Leucisus idus) was 880 mg/l.

Furthermore the toxicity of the substance was tested in a long-term test on D. magna and a NOEC >= 70 mg/l was determined.

The PNEC calculations are based on the NOEC for algae as the most sensitive long-term result. For the sediment and terrestric compartments the equilibrium partitioning method has been used.

The PNEC STP was calculated using the EC10 >= 1000 mg/l determined in a respiration inhibition test conducted with activated sludge.
