- Substantially saturated vapor was prepared by spreading 50 grams of chemical over 200 cm(2) area on shallow tray placed near the top of a 120-litre glass chamber which was then sealed for at least 16 hours while an intermittently operated fan agitated the internal chamber atmosphere.
