All animals survived to study termination. There were no test article-related clinical observations. Body weights were unaffected by test article administration. No cardiac sensitization was observed in any animal.

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
Cardiac sensitization to epinephrine was not observed in dogs exposed by inhalation to the test substance up to a level of 120000 ppm (559200 mg/m3; highest dose tested).
