Calcium hypochlorite is an inorganic substance which rapidly decomposes when in contact with water and light.In general, calcium hypochloriteis not expected to bioaccumulate and/or bioconcentrate in terrestrial organisms.

Because calcium hypochlorite almost rapidly decomposes in light and water, it is not possible to establish the PNEC for soil.
