Conclusions:
The 48h-EC50 was determined to be 38.2 mg/L in Daphnia magna.
Executive summary:

An acute Daphnia magna immobilization test was performed according to the OECD Guideline 202. Five Daphnids per replicate were exposed up to 100 mg/L (20 Daphnids per dose) for 48 hours under static conditions. Test item concentrations were measured by HPLC analysis. The 48h-EC50 was determined to be 38.2 mg/L (95% CL: 34.4-42.6 mg/L) in Daphnia magna based on mobility.
