Description of key information

FAT 40554 was found to decompose prior to boiling, even at reduced pressure.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

The purpose of the study was the evaluation of the boiling point according to OECD Guideline 103 .

The boiling point could not be measured at atmospheric pressure because the test material decomposed.

It was measured under reduced pressure using a standard laboratory procedure not specified in Commission Directive 84/449/EEC.

Hence, it is not appropriate to given an estimate of accuracy.
