Thermal stability test:

The test item showed no exothermic effects in the temperature range of 25 -300°C.

Main test:

In total 9 measurements were performed in the temperature range of 54.3 to 118.9 °C

No. Temperature (°C) Vapour pressure (hPa) Remark
1 54.3 18.7 measured up
2 81.5 39.5 measured up
3 99.5 69.9 measured up
4 106.5 89.5 measured up
5 113.9 110 measured up
6 118.9 129.5 measured up
7 110.8 99.1 measured down
8 104.1 79.6 measured down
9 90.0 48.5 measured down

The Antoine equation was applied, and the Antoine constant were derived by regression:

A = 8.3767

B = -1684.41

C = 273.15

Conclusions:
The vapour pressure of the test item was found to be 4.27 hPa at 20 °C, 5.34 hPa at 25 °C and 14.60 hPa at 50°C.
Executive summary:

In the current study the vapour pressure of the test item was assessed according to the OECD test guideline 104 (dynamic method: vapour-liquid equilibrium). In total 9 measurements were performed in the temperature range of 54.3 to 118.9 °C.

It was calculated by extrapolation of the measured vapour pressure curve for the temperatures 20, 25 and 50°C. The vapour pressure of the test item was found to be 4.27 hPa at 20 °C, 5.34 hPa at 25 °C and 14.60 hPa at 50°C.

Description of key information

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Vapour pressure:
4.27 hPa
at the temperature of:

Additional information

In a recent study according to the OECD test guideline 104 (dynamic method: vapour-liquid equilibrium) the vapour pressure of the test item was calculated by extrapolation of the measured vapour pressure curve for the temperatures 20, 25 and 50°C. The vapour pressure was found to be 4.27 hPa at 20 °C, 5.34 hPa at 25 °C and 14.60 hPa at 50°C.
