Additional information

An in vivo skin irritation study was performed with the substance according to OECD 404 and GLP principles. Three New Zealand White rabbits were exposed to a single (semiocclusive) dose for 4 h. Very slight erythema was observed 50 minutes after bandage removal in one animal. The erythema was reversible within 24 hours after exposure.
An in vivo eye irritation study was performed with the substance according to OECD guideline 405 and GLP principles. Three New Zealand White rabbits were exposed to a single dose. Irritation to the conjunctivae was observed in all three animals. The irritation was fully reversible within 72 hours.

Justification for classification or non-classification
