Description of key information

In accordance with column 2 of Annex IX of Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006, the biodegradation in soil does not need to be investigated as the chemical safety assessment does not indicate a need for further investigations. The environmental exposure assessment for Y-15099 indicates no risk for the terrestrial and aquatic compartment (all Risk Characterisation Ratios (RCR) < 1). Thus, testing on biodegradation in soil is not necessary according to Section 3.1, Annex XI of Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006.
