*The test was started (0 hours) by inoculation of biomass of approximately 104algal cells per mL test medium.
For the definitive test, the cell density in the control cultures increased by the factor of 68.67 within three days. The mean coefficient of variation for section-by-section specific growth rates (Day 0-1, Day 1-2 and Day 2-3) in the control cultures was 15.91 %. The coefficient of variation of average specific growth rates during the whole test period (day 0-3) in the control cultures was 1.62%.

Description of key information
Respectively,the ErC50, the EyC50and the EbC50of CJ305 was >100.00 mg/L, 14.55 mg/L and 27.67 mg/LforPseudokirchneriella subcapitata(OECD TG201).
Key value for chemical safety assessment
Additional information
The cell concentration in the untreated control was increased exponentially by a factor of at least 16 within the 72-hour test period. The mean coefficient of variation for specific growth rates (Day 0-1, Day 1-2 and Day 2-3) in the control cultures were not exceed 35%. The coefficient of variation of average specific growth rates during the whole test period in replicate control groups were not exceed 7%. This test validity criteria was met. Based on the preliminary range-finding test, the nominal concentration were 1.0, 3.1, 9.8, 31.3 and 100.0 mg/L in the definitive test. As the measured concentrations deviated not more than 20 percent from the nominal, biological results are based on the nominal concentrations. There were no any observed morphological deviations during the experiment.Under the test conditions, the ErC50, the EyC50 and the EbC50 of CJ305 was >100.00 mg/L, 14.55 mg/L and 27.67 mg/L respectively.
