Histopathologic changes in kidneys and bladder after acute oral application (175-700 mg/kg bw; Mumtaz et al. 1991)

Additional information

Oral administration of 175 - 700 mg dimethylaminopropionitrile/kg bw to rats twice within 24 hours leads to histopathological changes in the kidneys and bladder within a few hours (Mumtaz et al. 1991).
