PREPARATION AND APPLICATION OF TEST SOLUTION (especially for difficult test substances)
- Method: stock solution of 0.5 g/L and 0.2 g/L
test concentration (max. 100mL) and 6.4mL synthetic sewage with tab water are filled up to a volume of 120mL in 200mL flasks. The end volume of 200mL is reached after adding 80mL inoculum.
- Controls: 3,5-Dichlorophenol (pH 7-8)

- Preparation of inoculum for exposure: set down of sludge to separate rough sludge parts. The rest of the sludge is filled up with tab water in a 2L PE-bottle. The procedure will be repeated 3 times.
