In the depuration phase the warfarin concentration decreased rapidly to levels at or below the detection limit so that after 11 days (the first day of warfarin measurement after termination of exposure) warfarin was no longer detectable in any of the test groups. Valid estimates of DT50 and DT90 can therefore not be provided. In conclusion DT90 ≤11 days.
