The pH determination of test item 4-amino-5-hydroxynaphthalene-1,7-disulphonic acid (CAS No. 130-23-4) was done following OECD guideline 122. The mean pH of 1% w/v solution was measured with the help of pH meter and it was observed to be 2.22 at 29 °C .
