PREPARATION AND APPLICATION OF TEST SOLUTION (especially for difficult test substances)
- Method: A concentrated stock solution of the test substance in acetone (1.0 g/100 ml) was prepared and then added to the test aquaria. Then, the fish were placed into the test aquaria.
