Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

Major components ranging between 0.1 and 633 Pa at 25°C (literature and QSAR).

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

No study was conducted on the oil itself, as not relevant for an UVCB.

In a Weight of Evidence approach, literature provided data for four of the five major components:

- cineole VP ca 253 Pa,

- alpha-pinene VP ca 633 Pa,

- limonene VP ca 207 Pa,

- alpha-terpineol VP ca 5.6 Pa (at the same temperature of 24-25°C).

For viridiflorol, no literature data was available, so the dataset was completed with a valid QSAR estimation: VP ca 0.1 Pa at 25°C.

As no CSA is required for the tonnage band of concern, no key value was retained (nor calculated weighted VP nor worst-case).
