Short-term toxicity test to aquatic invertebrates was conducted to study the effects of thiosemicarbazide. The Dose concentration used is 12mg/l for 48 hours. Based on Mortality median lethal dose (LC50) was considered to be 12mg/l for thiosemicarbazide .
