Description of key information

The test substance is in the OECD 301B test with 30-40% degradation after 28d moderately or partly biodegradable.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

A guideline study (OECD 301B) conducted on 3,7,11 -trimethyldodecyn-3 -ol (BASF 2005, 22G0025/053118) reveals a biodegradation degree (CO2 to ThCO2) after 28 days, mean value of 30-40 %. Thus the test substance is in this test moderately or partly biodegradable (not readily biodegradable according to OECD criteria).
