Additional information

In a GLP study conducted to OECD Guideline 105, the water solubilty of the test material was determined at 20 °C using a generator column with HPLC-MS/MS analysis. Test material water solubility was defined by five successive generator column sample collections where the measured sample concentrations were in statistical agreement of each other (i.e. coefficient of variance (CV) <10 %).

Generator column tests were performed under two different flow conditions, 1 and 0.5 mL/minute, with the derived water solubilties differing by an acceptable 12 %; mean water solubilities of 42.9 (± 2.5) µg/L (CV = 5.9 %) and 48.4 (± 4.1) µg/L (CV = 8.4 %), respectively. An overall mean water solubility of 45.7 (± 4.3) µg/L (CV = 9.5 %, N = 10) was derived from replicate samples under both flow conditions.
