Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The apparatus was calibrated with double-distilled water, this gave a correction factor of 1.0104 to be applied to the test results.

The measured surface tension of Myraldyl Acetate (83% of saturated) was 70.75 mN/m at 20°C, with the application of the correction factor the surface tension was 71.49 mN/m at 20°C. Application of the Harkins Jordan correction was 71.03 mN/m.
