The test item PPDA can be considered as: “not explosive under the conditions of guideline EU A.14.

The explosive properties of PPDA were determined following EU A.14. 

In the test for thermal sensitivity, no explosion was observed. 

In the test for mechanical sensitivity (shock), no explosion was observed using an impact energy of 40 J. 

In the test for mechanical sensitivity (friction), no explosion was observed using a weight of 360 N and a speed of 10 mm in 0.44 seconds.
