Description of key information

No oxidising properties (EC A.17)

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Oxidising properties:
no

Additional information

As none of the test substance/cellulose mixtures burned to completion in a preliminary test, the substance is considered to be non-oxidising.

Maximum burning rates are not determined in the preliminary test.

Justification for classification or non-classification

No burning rate could be established in a preliminary test with mixtures of Terracess TF and cellulose. Therefore there is no evidence of that Terracess TF possesses oxidising properties.
