Additional information

As no study is available for Blankophor TP 1160 (CAS 1200448-68-5), a read-across is performed to a study conducted with the structural analogue CAS 16470-24-9. This GLP-study on the waterflea Daphnia magna was conducted according to OECD guideline 211 (Bayer AG, Kemira, 1992). Daphnids were exposed in a dose-response test under semi-static conditions for 21 days. Based on the reproduction rates a NOEC (21 d) of 10 mg/L (measured) and a LOEC (21 d) of 31.6 mg/L (nominal) were determined.
