Conclusions:
The average logPow value from the all three runs with the different solvent ratios was 4.57±0.07. The variation of partition coefficient calculated with different volume ratio was within ±0.3 logPow. This result was within acceptable range specified by the National Institute of Environmental Research, Korea and OECD test guidelines.
