Test solutions
- Vehicle:
- yes
- Details on test solutions:
- PREPARATION AND APPLICATION OF TEST SOLUTION (especially for difficult test substances)
- Method: A concentrated stock solution of the test substance in test medium (nominal 500 mg/l) was prepared using Cremophor (100 mg/l) as a solvent. Then, serial dilutions of this stock solution were prepared to obtain the desired test concentrations. The maximum solvent concentration in the test was 50 mg/l.
