Volume weighted mean: 119.994 µm (average of 5 runs)

Mode: 99.89 µm (average of 5 runs)

Coefficient of variation for d50 is less than 3%; d10 and d90 are less than 5%. Thus repeatability of the characteristic particles in the size distribution are within the acceptable limits as per the ISO 13320-1 test standard.

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The particle size of the substance was determined by laser diffraction analysis-'wet' small volume dispersion method in accordance with ISO 13320 and CIPAC MT 187. OECD 110 was taken into consideration. GLP study. Results for PAZ-D: MMAD= 80.734 µm; 10% is < 8.437 µm; 11.60% is< 10.00 µm; 50% is < 71.64 µm and 90% is < 283.779 µm.
